RMA? RMA stands for
return merchandise authorization, it is a process to replace or refund products
purchased from IET. How is
RMA done? 1) Call IET RMA
department first to obtain an RMA number BEFORE ship any products back to IET.
IET is not responsible for lost goods shipped without RMA number. 2)
Once you have an RMA number, fill out the RMA form and ship it with your product
and the original invoice back to IET. What
is your RMA policy? 1)
RMA items must be shipped with copies of invoices, item without proper invoices
will not be serviced. 2) All
returns must be in its original carton with all the original packaging
materials, manuals, cables and other accessories. 3)
All returns must be received and processed before replacements are shipped. IET
does not cross ship products. 4)
The RMA number is valid for 10 days after date of issue.
